Ready-Mix (RMX) Dispatch Training
Available on demand through our online learning management system. The goal of the RMX Dispatch Training course is to give concrete dispatchers, schedulers, shippers and their managers the practical, technical, ready mixed concrete-specific customer-centered information and skills they need to increase productivity and job satisfaction. The first of this two-module course, on Field Testing, takes the participant through a series of video demonstrations of the 7 CSA standard test methods on fresh plastic Portland/Portland Limestone Cement based concrete annotating the key takeaways for anyone conducting or observing testing in the field. The second module provides an overview of a Field Test Report form highlighting many of the mandatory and optional test results that can be found on a typical field test report. In this module we’ll go through what should appear on a Field Test Report in accordance with CSA and what optional information might be included. Concrete Field Test Reporting and Field Test Strength Results Interpretation
Available on demand through our online learning management system. The first of this two-module course provides an overview of a field test report form highlighting many of the mandatory and optional test results that can be found on a typical field test report. We’ll look at what each piece of information on the report is telling you and how are they related to one another. The second module gives an overview of Concrete Field Test Strength Results Analysis and Interpretation providing owners, consultants, concrete producers, approaches to obtaining a more comprehensive understanding of the contents of concrete field test reports and the reported strength results beyond single test reported values. We are excited to launch an additional ACI Program in support of concrete industry members designing and using Self-Consolidating Concrete.
As of July 1st, 2025, any technicians testing self consolidating concrete produced at a certified precast facility must also be certified under the ACI Self Consolidating Concrete Testing Technician Certification Program.

The BC Construction Safety Alliance (BCCSA), administrator of the Certified Concrete Pump Operator (CCPO) program has expanded the program into Alberta and is looking for qualified, experienced, and competent CCPO Certification Field Assessors.
