Why? Because as technology advances, so should the knowledge base of the concrete finisher or contractor. This is the best way for the builder or engineer to assure that their client will receive what has been specified.

New: Certification of finishers under this program is now one of two options to meet the requirements of the 17th Edition of the Alberta Transportation Standard Specifications for Bridge Construction. Clause 4.16.5
The written exam can be read to you. You must make your request at the time of registration so that arrangements can be made to accommodate this request.
